How to take

• NuBest Tall Protein Chocolate (powder, 15 servings)

Kids ages 2-3: Take ½ scoop daily.

Kids ages 4+ & Teens: Take 1 scoop daily.

Combine the powder with 6-8oz of water, milk, or smoothies. Shake thoroughly with a shaker bottle. Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve your preferred thickness. Once blended, refrigerate any shake leftover and consume it within 24 hours. Once opened, reseal the powdered shake mix and keep it in a cool, dry place.

• NuBest Tall Protein Vanilla (powder, 10 servings)

Kids ages 4+ & Teens: Take 1 scoop daily

Combine the powder with 6-8oz of water, milk, or smoothies. Shake thoroughly with a shaker bottle. Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve your preferred thickness. Once blended, refrigerate any shake leftover and consume it within 24 hours. Once opened, reseal the powdered shake mix and keep it in a cool, dry place.

• NuBest Tall 10+ (60 capsules)

For children (10+) and teens: Take one (1) capsule twice daily after meals.

If your children cannot swallow the capsules, you can open up the capsule and mix the powder with milk, juice, smoothies, or liquid foods, such as porridge or soup.

Ages 5 to 10: Take one (1) capsule twice daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.

Above 10 to teens: Take one (1) capsule three times daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.

If your children cannot swallow the capsules, you can open up the capsule and mix the powder with milk, juice, smoothies, or liquid foods, such as porridge or soup.

For kids under 4: Chew one (1) tablet daily.

For kids aged 4 and above: Chew one (1) tablet twice a day.
