Return Process

  Log into your Love.com account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
